Bio
My name is Stan “Forever Young”, and I am the Founder and CEO of Safe Secure Services, Inc. I started this company after a long career in law enforcement and investigations that spanned over three decades. My experiences have shown me firsthand what happens when organizations are unprepared for violence, conflict, and crisis. I didn’t want to keep showing up after the damage was done, but rather help stop it before it started. That is why I built Safe Secure Services, Inc (SSSI).
Our main focus is simple: protect people, support leaders, and prevent workplace violence. In addition, SSSI work diligently to help organizations meet and exceed the ever-evolving requirements of California’s SB 553 Workplace Violence Prevention standards.
Over the years, I’ve helped employers design and implement workplace violence prevention plans, train their team members to recognize early warning signs, and respond before “concerning behavior” turns into a serious incident. I’m not interested in fear-based messaging or check-the-box training. I’m interested in real behavior change, clear plans, and cultures where people feel safe speaking up.
As a leader, I’ve learned that policy and leadership decisions are never neutral—they either strengthen early intervention and frontline safety, or they quietly weaken it. I’ve seen how well‐intended changes to security posture or operations can create new risks if leaders don’t stop to ask, “How will this impact our people on the ground?”
In my work, I don’t just focus on how we respond when something happens; I focus on how leadership decisions shape risk long before an incident occurs. Workplace violence prevention is rarely about a single event. It’s about patterns of behavior, environmental conditions, staff concerns, and operational choices that build over time.
That’s why I push leaders to seek clarity before crisis. I help them examine how policy changes affect frontline staff, identify potential unintended consequences, and understand how their decisions influence behavioral risk in real time. The strongest organizations don’t wait for an incident to “prove” something is wrong—they listen to early signals, act on staff concerns, and make thoughtful, defensible decisions before risk escalates.

I see myself as a change agent: I don’t wait for someone else to fix the problem. I step forward, help organizations face reality, and lead them toward a safer, stronger version of themselves.

As a certified trainer under California POST standards, he consistently delivers results that exceed industry expectations. Stan’s leadership exemplifies the T.E.A.M. philosophy Together for Economic Advancement and Management by uniting analytical acumen with a powerful network of resources.
